Freedom Rewardz (Loyalty Program)
Membership
The membership to the Program is open to all customers of State Bank Group and will initially be for the Debit Card holders for POS transactions.
Offering
The offer is available to our cardholders with effect from 1st April 2009.

Cardholders can accrue & accumulate 2.5 FreedomPoints for every Rs.100 of spend at POS. |
|
|
They can redeem their FreedomPoints for attractive gifts and services. |
|
|
Cardholders can check their points by logging on to www.FreedomRewardz.com or by calling vendor’s Customer Service Centre at 6000 8500 (with local STD code at local charges all-India)or 1800 209 8500 (toll free). |
How to Activate ?
All card users are automatically registered to the Program. They have to only activate their FreedomRewardz account through a simple process. They can log on to the website FreedomRewardz.com and furnish some basic data. In turn, they will be given a membership id and a login password after which they can activate their loyalty account. Alternatively, they can also call the Contact Centre who will assist them in activating their loyalty account.
Redemption Platform
Cardholders can redeem their accumulated FreedomPoints through a large platform of goods and services.

This platform includes merchandise and services like Airline and bus tickets, personalized products, movie tickets, discount vouchers, electronic items, family & fashion products, etc. |

|
This platform will be dynamic as new goods and services will be added continuously to keep redemption options refreshed for the cardholders. |
|
|
There will be special seasonal, regional offers and merchant-specific offers as well. |
|
|
Cardholders will need to accumulate minimum of 500 FreedomPoints to be eligible to redeem. |
|
|
If unredeemed, FreedomPoints will lapse after 3 years of accrual. |

by sending an SMS “Freedom” to 567678, or |
|
|
by logging on to www.FreedomRewardz.com, or |
